The history of the bible. So many people quote the bible, yet do not know the history of the bible. This link is a pretty good explanation of the evolution of the bible we read today. I do not mean to imply the bible is not the Word of God. I simply wish to recognize that the original scriptures were in a different language and have been translated to our language. Thus there is the possibility that some things can be "lost in translation".
